White label digital PR for agencies

Sell digital PR to your clients without building a newsroom. We run the campaigns, earn the coverage and report every placement in a format you can forward under your own brand.

How white label digital PR works.

You own the client relationship; we own the campaign work. Your team briefs us on the client's target pages, market and spokesperson, we build the story angles, write the assets, pitch named journalists and verify each placement as it goes live. Reports carry no Digital PR Services branding, so you can forward them, rebrand them or drop the data into your own dashboard.

Everything else is the same service our direct clients get: the five-stage method, the publication standard and the defined batch. Our page on digital PR links describes the product in full.

Why agencies outsource digital PR.

Earning editorial coverage month after month is a full-time discipline: ideation at volume, data analysis, newsroom-standard writing and, above all, daily pitching. Building that bench in-house takes a year and a payroll most agencies cannot justify for a handful of clients. Outsourcing lets you add a line to your proposal today, price it against a known cost, and keep your own team on strategy, technical SEO and content, where their time earns more.

It also removes the awkward month where an in-house effort produces nothing and the client asks why. A defined batch gives you a floor to sell against.

Agencies typically resell at their own retainer rates; we don't set or police your client pricing. Multi-client agencies running several batches a month are scoped as a bespoke programme with a single monthly invoice. Full package detail is on the pricing page.

How the process runs.

  • One brief per client: website, sector and the pages to strengthen. That is all we need to start.
  • We do the rest: story angles from public data and the client’s own site, assets written to newsroom standard, named-journalist pitching and verification of every placement.
  • No client calls, no approval rounds unless you want them. Expert comment is drafted from positions the client has already published.
  • One point of contact on your side receives the placement log and the monthly summary, ready to forward.

Confidentiality and client contact.

We never contact your client directly unless you ask us to, and we never list white label clients as our own. Journalists see a named sender pitching on behalf of the client brand, which is how genuine PR works and what makes the coverage credible. Reports, placement logs and monthly summaries are yours to present however you choose.

If it helps your sales process, we'll join a call as your PR partner or stay entirely invisible. Both arrangements are common.

Getting started.

Send us a note describing your agency, the number of clients you expect to run and the sectors they sit in. A consultant replies within one working day with a recommended structure, a sample report and a start date for the first batch. If the fit is wrong, we say so early; a white label arrangement only works when both sides can stand behind the coverage.

Frequently asked questions

Will your name appear anywhere the client can see?

No. Reports carry no Digital PR Services branding, and we do not list white label clients as our own. Journalists see a named sender pitching on behalf of the client brand, which is standard practice in PR.

Can we run several clients at once?

Yes. Each client gets its own batch, brief and report. Agencies running several batches a month are scoped as a bespoke programme with a single monthly invoice and a dedicated point of contact.

Do you guarantee specific publications for our clients?

No, and we would be wary of any white label supplier who does. We commit to the batch size, the publication standard and the 30 to 45 day window, then report what ran and where. That is a stronger promise to a client than a masthead you can't control.

Is there a minimum term?

No. Packages run month to month; cancel before the next renewal or change tier for the following cycle. Most agencies stay because the coverage compounds for their clients, not because a contract says so.
